Process Serving

Since our conception in 1992, we have served a variety of Court process issued in UK and foreign courts and are fully conversant, in this respect, with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) introduced by Lord Woolf in April 1999.

Once service has been effected, either by personal or substituted means, the appropriate proof of service will be prepared such as an Affidavit, Statement or Certificate, dependant on the Court and the jurisdiction in which the process was issued.

We aim to deal with all instructions swiftly and are fully aware of the particular urgency of Injunction and Children Act proceedings. As a consequence, the papers will be collected from the instructing client’s offices as soon as possible and service attempted forthwith.

Orders endorsed with a Penal Notice and Garnishee proceedings are also processed with the same degree of urgency.

Years of experience have proved that people will evade service of Court proceedings. If it is your intention to apply to the Court for an Order for substituted service, we will provide an Affidavit or Statement detailing the attempts to meet with the Respondent, Defendant or Debtor.
